1st Bletchley Amicus

We have a very busy week coming up as we prepare to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of our Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade Companies.

We have our annual Enrolment service on Sunday morning and the Amicus group are leading worship and doing the readings. Then we get the afternoon to rest a little, before we host Synergy (an MK-wide youth event) in the evening, where we’ll be providing fun games, refreshments and leading worship again. So this evening was spent practising the songs and organising the activities. Thanks to everyone for their efforts!

Next week there is no Amicus as the Company Staff will be out celebrating the anniversary in style with a good meal.

So we return on Wednesday 4th October – by which time I hope to have a first draft of the programme. In the meantime we’ll have said “farewell” to a number of Uni-bods – both returning and first-time students. We wish you all well and will keep you in our prayers.
